This conceptual image was produced for one of the forums I frequent. The contest theme was digital post-production, calling for unrestricted creativity and vision. After about 30 minutes of bastardizing this image, I produced what you see above.

As you may or may not know. St. Paul's Cathedral played (and continues to play) a monumental role as one of the staples of the British empire. In addition to having a substantial crypt holding over 200 memorials, today it is used for major weddings, funerals, and of course, worship. Having said that, the idea behind the above image is pretty self-explanatory.
