It was so extremely windy on this day, that I was having a hard time keeping the camera steady (albeit with the 70-200 2.8). Meanwhile, the parasurfers were thoroughly enjoying the violent winds. There were about a handful of these guys, parachute surfing all around the beach. I was amazed at the speed that they were surfing at, and the amount of control that they had at all times. However, as you can imagine, the heavy winds would take a heavy toll on the body, so they'd come to rest every 30 mins or so. This fella came in, sat down for a few minutes (chute still in the air), and then surfed wayyy to the edge of that horizon.
